Dangerous and dishonest experience with Diana Villarreal and Exclusive Homes LLC. They sold me a property using false documentation: they claimed it was built in 1988, but the title shows records from 1980, and the original permits date back to 1985. They concealed structural defects, major drainage issues, and the fact that the home sat abandoned for nearly four years. When I requested written clarification, they ignored me. Most importantly, Diana Villarreal threatened me directly — warning me not to post or speak out about the truth. Now that I’ve gone public, she and her team (José Sandoval, Millie López, Wally Pérez) have revealed their true intentions. This was a negligent, malicious, and fraudulent transaction. Legal action is underway.

Xclusive Homes has been assisting me with my real estate needs for several years, and I am very satisfied with their services.
